Frequently Asked Questions
Is there parking near the property?
Being in the heart of the historic center in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), it is not possible to park right under the house. However, we recommend the Pietri Parking (partly free, partly paid), connected to the historic center by convenient escalators that lead just a few minutes' walk from the Residence. We also have an agreement with the nearby Parking S. Agostino garage, in via Pietro Aretino, with a 24-hour rate of €25.
How far is the train station?
The Arezzo station is about a 10-15 minute walk. The route is pleasant and crosses the entire historic center (Corso Italia). Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the station that will drop you off a few steps from the entrance.
Is there an elevator in the historic building?
Being a protected historic building, there is no elevator. The apartments are located on the first floor, accessible via the large and monumental period stone staircase.
Are you close to Piazza Grande and the Antiques Fair?
Yes, we are a stone's throw from Piazza Grande. During the first Sunday of the month and the preceding Saturday, you will find yourself literally in the heart of the Antiques Fair, being able to leave the house and immediately stroll among the exhibitors' stalls.
Do the apartments have an equipped kitchen and air conditioning?
Yes, both apartments have a fully equipped modern kitchen. As this is a protected historic building, the apartments do not have air conditioning.
What time is check-in and how do you get in?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM with self check-in via an electronic keypad: no waiting for keys, you let yourself in with a code.

The Three-Room (Apartment A) hosts up to 4 people, while the Studio (Apartment B) is ideal for 2.
