We are in a strategic location (inside the ZTL restricted traffic zone to guarantee maximum tranquility, but a few steps from the Pietri Parking). Stepping out of the building's main door, you will be a stone's throw from the famous Piazza Grande, the Vasari loggias, and the Basilica of San Francesco, which houses the precious frescoes by Piero della Francesca.
